Neurodiverse Couples Counseling
Support for couples navigating autism or ADHD — with compassion, clarity, and structure. Neurodiverse couples require unique strategies specific to their dynamic. Neurotypical partners often feel unheard or gaslighted by their neurodivergent partner, leading to serious mental health challenges, while the neurodivergent partner can feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, and, in turn, shut down. There are proven ways to rebuild a healthier, happier connection.

What couples gain.
• Clearer, calmer communication
• Less emotional escalation
• Stronger understanding of each other’s needs
• A renewed sense of teamwork
