Insurance
In regards to insurance, I have chosen to remain an “out-of-network” provider for all insurance companies. Insurance companies dictate the length and type of treatment, limiting your ability to receive the best care. When it comes to couples therapy or coaching they may say it's not "medically necessary," but may reimburse a portion for out-of-network providers depending on whether there is a relevant diagnosis.

At the end of each month, I provide my clients with superbills that can be submitted to their insurance company for reimbursement. It is at the discretion of each insurance company as to what percentage is reimbursed.
